RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We hope you are pleased with your purchase. However, if you are not fully satisfied, we are happy to offer an exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving your item, subject to the following conditions:
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
• The swing tag must remain attached.
• Items must be returned in their original clear packaging.
• Sale items are strictly non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
Refunds will not be approved if items carry any scent of perfume or contain marks from trying on, including makeup or deodorant stains. We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange if our return conditions have not been met.
If more than 4 abayas are returned from a single order, a £5 processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Please note:
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• If your order qualified for free shipping and the final retained order value falls below the free shipping threshold after a return, the original shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
• Hijabs and undercaps must be completely unworn and untested for hygiene reasons. Any signs of use will result in the items being returned to the customer.
• Hijab magnets are non-refundable.
If return procedures are not followed and we are required to send the item back to you, a £4.50 shipping fee must be paid before the item is returned. The item will remain on hold until payment is received.
Return processing may take up to 14 days from the date we receive your return. During Ramadan and busy periods, processing times may extend up to 21 days.
To request a return, please email us at info@hishma.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We aim to respond within 2–3 working days with return instructions.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Hishma does not provide return shipping labels and cannot reimburse return postage costs. Returned items remain the customer’s responsibility until safely delivered to us, therefore we strongly recommend using a signed and tracked delivery service. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
For international returns, please email info@hishma.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2–3 working days with further instructions.
If returning items from outside the UK, you must clearly mark the customs declaration as “RETURNED GOODS.” If customs charges are applied upon arrival in the UK, the parcel will be refused and returned to the sender. Hishma cannot pay customs duties or import charges on returned items under any circumstances.
Once your return has been approved and processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout and may take 7–10 working days to appear in your account

Please note that all sale items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges. We kindly ask customers to review product details, sizing, and specifications carefully before completing their purchase. By purchasing sale products, you agree to these terms.
